yeah. i was in the UK and Ireland both recently and meat-themed crisps is the norm. it takes a bit of getting used to. i advise sticking with salt and vinegar mostly. :)

though does your local irish grocery have tayto’s? those are a good amount of crispy. and the bacon flavor? better than i expected. my irish friends actually don’t like them. but i was like: “whoa! it tastes like when i mix bacon with my hashbrowns, but it never gets soggy.

so live and learn.

the mustard flavor is fitting because the wonton chips are asian-themed, i suppose. it’s like that spicy mustard they stock in the plastic squeezies next to the soy sauce and sweet n’ sour.

in the local Irish grocery, they sell potato chips or “crisps” as they call them, flavored with, among other things, “prawn cocktail” and “lamb and mint.”

i’m intrigued yet skeered.
